    DESCRIPTION

     

    HIGH IMPACT Glutamine™ is a pure powder form of the amino acid L-Glutamine. It is the most plentiful free amino acid in the body’s muscle tissue. L-Glutamine plays a very important role in protein metabolism, cell volumization and the decreasing of muscle breakdown (1, 2). Give your body the strength it needs with HIGH IMPACT™.

    Understanding The Formula For Maximum Muscle tissue and system Recuperation

    To maximize the protein-sparing effects of HIGH IMPACT™. It is essential that adequate doses be ingested. Elite trained athletes should ingest a minimum dosage of 0.2 grams per lb. of lean body weight. That means that if your current body weight is 200 lbs. and your body fat level is at 10% you would use the following formula to asses your individual optimal need for HIGH IMPACT™:

     

    Formula Example:(Athlete of 200 lbs. Of Body weight)

    (200 lbs. Body weight – 10% Fat Percentage) = 180 lbs. Of Lean Body weight

    Multiply the 180 lbs. Lean Body weight by 0.2 grams which

    Equals = 36 grams per day minimum needed supply of HIGH IMPACT™.)
    Calculated Dosage Example (Athlete of 180 lbs. Of Lean Body weight)
    Train in the morning.

     

    For best results schedule your first serving 3 scoops (15 grams) about 30 minutes to 1 hour before your morning workout with your favorite drink or with a serving of

    PRO WHEY™ protein or ISO Muscle 94™

    Take your second serving 3 scoops (15 grams) serving 30 minutes after you train.

    For optimum muscle building results also have a third serving 1 scoops (5 grams) right before bedtime

    Train twice daily.

    Morning workout

     

    First serving 2 scoops (10 grams) about 30 minutes to 1 hour before your morning workout with a serving of PRO WHEY™ protein.

    Take your second serving 2 scoops (10 grams) serving 30 minutes after your morning workout. with a serving of ISO Muscle 94™

    Evening workoutFor best results schedule your first serving 2 scoops (10 grams) about 30 minutes to 1 hour before your evening workout with a serving of PRO WHEY™ protein.

    Non Training Days

    Use 2 scoops (10 grams) three times per day preferably with meals.
  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Please contact our Customer Service Department within 24 hours if there is a problem with the order you received. All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.

     

    Products that are unopened can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging.

     

    Products must be shipped back to Guru Nutrition Store at the customers' expense. All products must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products if warranted. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

     

    Once you have contacted our returns department your package may be returned to our store.
